With our innovative high-performance intercooler from Wagner Tuning, you can replace the original intercooler and experience an impressive increase in performance. Our high-performance intercooler has a new type of performance mesh with dimensions of 192 mm x 156 mm x 128 mm. It has been specially developed for the high demands of the engine and offers an incredible 75 % more external mesh volume compared to the standard intercooler. The optimised ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimum internal airflow. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed using the latest CAD technology and optimised using CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, ensuring optimum cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance.
