The Aulitzky Exhaust OPF-Deleter module is used to mechanically remove the OPF (gasoline particulate filter) without subsequent software adaptation.
It is installed in the engine compartment and can be removed at any time without leaving any residue.
- No error messages from the module
- No detection possible using the manufacturers test device
Notes:
An OPF deleter is only there to suppress an error message from the catalytic converter or OPF monitoring.
This can appear if, for example, a modified downpipe or an export flap control is installed and the flaps are permanently open as a result.
Caution:
The OPF must still be installed.
However, if the OPF is removed completely, the OPF offset cables are required in addition to the OPF deleter. (These are also available in the online store).
1. after removing the OPF, the complete sensor system including all lines must still be connected to the exhaust system and be tight! Otherwise, error messages will appear despite the OPF deleter and offset cable!
2. for F8X M models, the package consisting of OPF deleter and OPF offset must be purchased from the outset when installing an export flap control, otherwise error messages may still occur despite the OPF being installed!
