The Competition intercooler kit EVO 3/3.X for the Audi TTRS 8S is now available with parts certificate and in two different mesh variants!

Important: We recommend using the standard version for power classes up to 600hp and the X version for power classes from 600hp.
The new EVO 3.X mesh version was developed in cooperation with a renowned Audi tuner and is suitable for higher power increases from 600 hp. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the standard version. Only the inner mesh structure has been further optimized for the high performance classes and adapted to the conditions. The EVO 3.X therefore ensures optimum charge air flow with very good cooling performance. For all power classes below 600 hp, we still recommend using the standard version.

The high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm [stepped] = 16,500cm³) and thus offers an 84% larger airflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. Integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure that the charge air cooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore suitable for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and the original crossbar form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, weighs just 11.7 kg. It is fitted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (see installation instructions for minor adjustments). Tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to constant quality control.
