Brake cooling set front + rear axle | fits BMW M2 (F87) | Aulitzky Tuning

In order to transport the air precisely to the brake system, a suitable inlet is essential. The F-series already has factory-fitted inlet ducts in the front bumper, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. To ensure that the air let in through the inlet ducts of the front bumper is not randomly swirled around in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be fitted with little effort and directs the air precisely to the brakes - i.e. exactly where it is needed. The covers can optionally be fitted on the outside in front of the ventilation grilles as protection against moisture or similar. No fastening tools are required for installation on the front axle. They are fitted in exchange for the original duct support. The duct is based on the OEM duct and therefore uses exactly the same connection points and can be completely removed without leaving any residue. As the inside of the brake disk on the rear axle builds up very high temperatures, we have also developed an air duct here, which guides the air directly into the inside of the rim via a flow channel. Our brake cooling system is plug & play and requires no modifications to the vehicle. Intercooler set | fits Porsche 911 (991) Turbo/ S | CSF Race

Overview:- 15-20°C cooler intake temperatures- 4.5" thick bar and plate core- Wind tunnel optimised core- Aerospace grade thermal dispersion coating- Utilises OEM mounting points and OEM clip settings Testing was performed on a 2017 991.2 Turbo S with GMG Cat-Back Exhaust, IPD Plenum, IPD Y-Pipe & GIAC Stage 1 Tune. During a power sweep test at 27C ambient, the CSF radiator charge temperature is 33°C and the stock radiator charge temperature is 48°C. The CSF 991 Turbo and Turbo-S intercoolers cool 6°C above ambient and 15°C below OEM. Maximum power increase of 41 bhp at the wheel. These coolers utilise all of our expert cooling knowledge to deliver an incredibly powerful intercooler solution at a competitive price. During development, CSF engineers designed and tested several core sizes suitable for this application and then settled on a 4.5" thick, wind tunnel optimised bar and plate core. CSF engineers also used a special aerospace-grade thermal dispersion coating to help the intercooler system disperse heat faster. As always, accuracy of fit is incredibly important. CSF engineers utilise the OEM mounting points, clip adjustments and only require a small amount of trimming of the factory intercooler cover to accommodate the huge intercoolers.
