The high-performance intercooler features an innovative competition mesh (Tube Fin) with the dimensions 580 mm x 120 mm x 150 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped mesh: 12.96 liters). This net offers an impressive 60 % larger inflow area and 118 % more net volume compared to the standard intercooler. Experience optimal cooling and a significant increase in performance for your Kia (Pro)Cee'd GT. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized through CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed competition high-performance mesh with a specially manufactured air baffle ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components such as the water cooler. This kit is therefore ideal for racing and offers optimum cooling of the supercharged air. The Wagner Tuning intercoolers are provided with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect even under extreme conditions. They can be easily fitted to the original mounting points and are simple to install thanks to the “plug-and-play” design.
