ST wheel nuts & wheel bolts We recommend ST wheel bolts in silver for fitting the D1, D2, DZ and DZX systems. The wheel bolts must be selected longer by the thickness of the spacer disc. The type of bolt head and thread must also be taken into account. Important note! The system is designed so that no hot air is drawn out of the engine compartment. Instead, only pure fresh air reaches the engine to generate maximum performance gains. The air routing has been designed to create an ideal transition between the round opening on the filter housing and the rectangular opening on the cover. Of particular importance is the air baffle at the front behind the radiator grille, which enables a direct supply of cold air into the intake system. The patented Eventuri process also allows the airflow to be accelerated. This is achieved by means of the Venturi effect, in which the inverted conical filter causes the cross-section to become progressively narrower.
