Our entry-level model for more driving pleasure through an appealing and individually adjustable lowering is the KW V1 coilover suspension in the KW typical "inox-line". Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of stainless steel struts, corrosion-resistant springs and harmonised components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure - and not just for the life of the car.

Stepless lowering
The KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, the lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or on the rear axle height adjustment for non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles.

Setup - factory pre-configured damping setup
The KW V1 has a vehicle-specific, permanently configured damper setup. The spring and damper are perfectly matched to each other so that you experience an optimum balance of sportiness and suitability for everyday use when driving.

Even with a full payload and maximum axle loads, the dampers always work with a sporty characteristic curve. It is interesting to note that the KW V1 is particularly popular with tuning enthusiasts who prioritise the idea of show & shine.

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + damper)
- Not for vehicles with levelling control / air suspension
- For vehicles with electronic damper control, this must be decommissioned. Electronic kit for decommissioning is included in the scope of delivery for item variant "YES".
- Dampers have easy-to-operate adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.

This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water coolers come into play. The newly developed competition racing nets of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water coolers increase the radiator volume of the standard water coolers by a total of 78%. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the neighbouring components (e.g. the engine water cooler behind it) sufficient airflow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting cooling effect. Reducing heat suction and increasing internal volume are the main considerations when developing an intake system for turbocharged engines. In the A35, the intake system is located in close proximity to the exhaust manifold, which quickly heats up the engine compartment. High temperatures have a detrimental effect on engine performance, as the turbo has to build up boost pressure with heated, less dense air. Therefore, the only way to reduce IAT to a minimum is to have a completely sealed intake tract. To reduce the restrictions of a closed intake tract, we increased the volume of the airbox by relocating the ECU and providing an opening in the airbox on the cold side, away from the direct heat of the manifold. The carbon inlet pipe has a larger internal volume with an initial internal diameter of 111mm (4.4?) which tapers smoothly to match the turbo inlet pipe diameter. Finally, we use a custom high-flow dry filter that is ISO approved and has a larger filter area than the stock filter. Dyno testsThe dyno tests were carried out by MSL Performance, a Mercedes specialist based in the UK. A fully standard A35 AMG was tested with the standard airbox and then with the Eventuri intake system, with the same external conditions. As can be seen below, the intake system offers an increase in power throughout the rev range. The highlighted point shows a significant power gain as the intake allows a higher flow rate in the higher rev range where the stock airbox becomes a restriction. The resulting performance gains are noticeable on the road, with better throttle response and improved acceleration times. With a tuned A35 we would expect even better gains as the demand from the turbo increases. The Eventuri A35 intake system consists of a number of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% pre-impregnated carbon fiber without fiberglass, which means we can achieve a smooth inner surface to get a smoother airflow.
