KW V4 coilover suspension incl. decommissioning for electric dampers - State of the Art

With the new KW V4 with its stainless steel or aluminium coilover struts, you give your super sports car the necessary reserves to further increase the driving dynamics. The three-way adjustable high-performance dampers with their independent rebound adjustment as well as low-speed and high-speed compression damping are based on the successful racing technology of the multiple overall winner of the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring and, depending on the vehicle-specific version, have aluminium support bearings. The new KW V4 is developed exclusively for selected high-performance vehicles, which can be moved more safely at the limits of driving dynamics thanks to our KW suspension technology.

- 3-way adjustable high-performance dampers with stainless steel coilover struts
- Separate and independent damper adjustment in:
- Rebound damping with 16 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- Low-speed compression damping with 6 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- High-speed compression damping with 14 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- Two basic factory set-ups with comfort setting and performance setting
- Depending on the vehicle, aluminium support bearings are an integral part of the scope of delivery

Please note the conditions and instructions for this product:
- VA + HA height-adjustable (VA coilover struts, HA springs with height adjustment + dampers)
- Dampers have easy-to-operate adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.
- Electronic damper control must be deactivated. Electronic kit for decommissioning is included in the scope of delivery.
- Variant 4 / Variant 5 Suspension struts / dampers made of aluminium or combined on each axle made of aluminium and stainless steel
- In the case of increased wheel camber values on the front axle, we recommend the continuously adjustable camber correction for the designated vehicles (see KW accessories).

KW HLS Hydraulic Lift System For easy driving over various obstacles for sporty cars with low ground clearance More ground clearance at the touch of a button With the HLS lift system, you can raise your sports car or lowered vehicle to safely drive over obstacles such as speed bumps, speed humps, level crossings, construction sites, garage and underground parking garage entrances. Depending on the version of the HLS lift system installed, either the front axle or both axles of your vehicle are raised hydraulically by up to 45 millimetres. This prevents your aerodynamic components, underbody protection or even the oil pan from being damaged. Depending on the vehicle type and model, the lift system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without KW coilover suspension. If your vehicle is not yet included in our KW HLS product range, our engineers have also developed a universal lift system. Convincing solution made by KW Our HLS is available as an application-specific solution for a wide range of super sports cars and even for compact models. All the components supplied, such as the hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump, are adapted to your vehicle and therefore all our components harmonize perfectly with your sports car. Whether you combine the HLS with your standard suspension or with our KW coilovers in stainless steel, which are among the world's top aftermarket products, is up to you to decide. Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso and many other well-known companies in the international automotive industry have already opted for KW. The "HLS 2" version of the lift kit, which is only installed on the front axle, allows you to lift the front of your sports car. If you opt for the "HLS 4" variant, your entire vehicle will be lifted. For this purpose, a hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and spring on each KW coilover strut. The great advantage of the hydraulic system is that there is no compression (movement) of the extended cylinder unit during driving (no unwanted additional suspension) and therefore the driving dynamics cannot be impaired. The scope of delivery for all HLS Lift Kit variants also includes a control unit that is connected to the vehicle's on-board electronics.
