With the new performance cooling network and dimensions of 287 mm x 185 mm x 115 mm, we have developed a high-performance intercooler that is specially tailored to the high requirements of the AMG engine. Compared to the original radiator, it offers an impressive 154% more external mesh volume, ensuring maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. Our cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This also makes this kit perfect for racing, where optimum cooling of the supercharged air with a noticeable increase in performance is crucial. Our Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a lasting cooling effect and ensures a long service life of the cooler.
