Polyurethane is more resistant to petrol, vapours and the like. It has an ideal remoulding. This ensures that the edge of the filter is 100% sealed even when it is reinserted after cleaning. The edge surface is made from a single mould. With many other makes, pores in the edge material and joining surfaces where the edge is joined together often lead to a crack in the edge, which can result in unclean air being sucked into the engine. With paper filters, the air flow rate is significantly lower and decreases further after just a short period of use.In addition, paper filters must be disposed of after the specified mileage. TitanTec sports air filters last a lifetime. This is good for the environment and your wallet.Compared to TitanTec sports air filters, other washable cotton filters only filter much larger particles. In contrast to conventional spring sets, individual height adjustment is possible within the tested adjustment range. This solution uses vehicle-specific spring mounts with matched KW lowering springs and suitable elastomers as well as dust protection systems. The standard damper system, for example with electronic or hydraulic control, remains active. Setup - sporty and harmonious spring rates The high-quality chrome-silicon steel springs used by KW coilover springs are matched to the respective standard suspension dampers and wheel loads in their spring rate for each specific vehicle. When developing the respective spring sets, we ensure that the spring rates also harmonise perfectly with the different damper characteristics of your adaptive standard suspension.
