Stepless loweringThe KW V1 enables maximum lowering within the tested adjustment range. This varies depending on the vehicle model and can, for example, be between 30 and 70 millimetres or 50 to 90 millimetres for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later. Depending on the vehicle, lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel suspension struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double-wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment. This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition racing mesh of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the standard water cooler by a total of 75 %.
