KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspensionThe vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport, developed in numerous test and measurement drives on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench, can be further adapted to your wheel loads, vehicle weight and the modified body stiffness, for example with a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or strut braces, using the click adjustment. Similar to the KW Competition racing suspensions used in international motorsport, the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension allows the compression damping to be fine-tuned separately in the low-speed and high-speed range. The click adjustment of the patented KW two-valve control takes place directly on the expansion tank.
You can vary the low-speed compression damping by hand with six precise clicks on the purple-coloured adjustment wheel. The gold-coloured adjustment wheel underneath allows you to change the high-speed compression stage of the recommended basic setup for your track day with 14 exact clicks. Independently of this, you still have 16 clicks at your disposal to noticeably adjust the rebound setting. If you want to tune the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension, which is available with an expert opinion, more comfortably for your journey to the Nordschleife or other race track for driving on the motorway, simply reduce the rebound forces via the rebound damping.

The perfect suspension setup for significantly more driving dynamicsIf you have already carried out initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to incorporate these into the damper set-up in a targeted manner with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customise the vehicle-specific basic set-up from KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed range of the compression stage, gives you the freedom to even take the tyre characteristics of your high and ultra-high performance road tyres into account in the suspension set-up.Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and body roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping to match the spring rate.With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the exact click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod via an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery.By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. The EVO III Competition intercooler kit has been specially developed for the high demands of large tuning stages on the E89. It contains reinforced silicone hoses and eliminates the original click connections. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been extended to Ø70mm to ensure optimum airflow. Each of our intercoolers is coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation of this completely ready-to-fit kit is child's play. Simply replace the standard intercooler with the EVO III Competition high-performance intercooler - plug-and-play.
