In addition to flashing your engine control unit, we also offer transmission programming.
It is also possible to fully read and delete the fault memory.

Please note: From certain model years and variants, an OBD unlock or ECU unlock is required to ensure that your vehicle can be flashed via OBD.
The OBD unlock can be carried out by sending the ECU to us or by our service centre partners at various locations in Germany.
For the ECU unlock we need the vehicle in our workshop for approx. 1.5 - 2 weeks.
We strongly recommend checking the timing or installing a Crankhub Fix before tuning this engine. Failure to do so may result in incorrect timing and damage to the engine or components such as the cam phaser.

The Competition high-performance intercooler impresses with generous net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm, which corresponds to a total volume of 17,130 cm³. Thanks to this impressive size, it offers a 134% larger inflow area and a 105% higher charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality Tube-Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures optimum air flow and maximum cooling performance. Despite its impressive dimensions, the total weight of the intercooler is just 9.5 kg, which saves weight and improves vehicle dynamics.
The cast aluminium end boxes of the charge air cooler were optimised with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system in order to achieve outstanding cooling performance with minimum back pressure. The connection diameters at the charge air cooler inlet are Ø62 mm and at the charge air cooler outlet Ø67 mm to ensure optimum flow efficiency.
Another highlight is the anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, which is included with all our charge air coolers. This ensures permanent and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler - simply plug and play. It has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, so you can rely on its reliability. Our products are subject to constant quality monitoring to ensure the highest standards. The intake for the Audi B9 S4/S5 from Eventuri has been developed to give the turbo a less restrictive airflow while maintaining low inlet temperatures. The S5/S4 engine bay heats up very quickly, so an open system would result in better airflow but at higher inlet temperatures. Therefore, the airflow path from the front grille to the turbo inlet has been completely redesigned with a highly efficient, sealed system. The restrictive OEM airbox and the flexible plastic pipe have been replaced by a Venturi filter housing and a duct system with smooth transitions.
In addition, by removing the pleated OEM pipe and replacing the filter with our patented one-piece venturi housing and rigid pipe, the airflow is much smoother as it enters the turbo inlet. The resulting increase in performance and aesthetics are ground-breaking innovations for this platform.
The Eventuri difference
The B9 S4/S5 Eventuri system uses our patent-pending carbon fibre housings with our bespoke Gen 2 filter, providing an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the inlets. Not just another filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect. The intake was VBOX tested on the road to record acceleration from 60-130mph (and 100-200Km/h). The tests were carried out on the same track - and on the same day to minimise the variables. The results show that acceleration times from 60-130mph have reduced by almost 0.5 seconds, which is a significant improvement at such speeds. This shows that the gains measured on the dyno are not representative of how the intake behaves on the road when it has the correct flow conditions - on the road the intake shows a greater gain by reducing acceleration times compared to the dyno.
Summary of acceleration results:
60-130mph with original airbox = 14.72 seconds
60-130mph with Eventuri intake = 14.24 seconds
100-200mph with original airbox = 12.45 seconds
100-200mph with Eventuri intake = 12.12 seconds
The improvements result from a combination of reasons:
1) The closed system keeps IATs low - especially with the front air scoop forcing air into the system.
2) The venturi housing provides a smooth transition from the filter to the intake manifold without friction. This helps the turbo to run more efficiently by maintaining laminar flow in the inlet section.
3) The entire system is made of pure pre-preg carbon fibre, which is excellent for thermal insulation.
