This means that the charge air cooling process is not realised using the ambient air as a cooling medium (as usual), but with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature can therefore be directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is precisely where the advantages of the WAGNER TUNING Upgrade water coolers come into play. The newly developed competition racing nets of the WAGNER TUNING high-performance water coolers increase the radiator volume of the standard water coolers by a total of 100 %. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the neighbouring components (e.g. the engine water cooler behind it) sufficient airflow for heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating to ensure a long-lasting cooling effect. Installation of the system is also straightforward and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.
