KW V4 coilover suspension - State of the Art

With the new KW V4 with its coilover struts made of stainless steel or aluminum, you give your super sports car the necessary reserves to further increase the driving dynamics. The three-way adjustable high-performance dampers with their independent adjustment of the rebound as well as low-speed and high-speed compression damping are based on the successful racing technology of the multiple overall winner of the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring and, depending on the vehicle-specific version, have aluminum support bearings. The new KW V4 is developed exclusively for selected high-performance vehicles, which can be moved more safely at the limits of driving dynamics thanks to our KW suspension technology.

- 3-way adjustable high-performance dampers with stainless steel coilover struts
- Separate and independent damper adjustment in:
- Rebound damping with 16 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)
- Low-speed compression damping with 6 exact clicks + (firmer) / - (more comfortable)

- Two basic settings ex works with comfort setting and performance setting
- Depending on the vehicle, aluminum support bearings are an integral part of the scope of delivery

- Dampers have easy-to-use adjustment wheels. Due to the design, the rebound stage can only be adjusted when the piston rod is accessible.

Our Performance intercooler sets new standards in terms of efficiency and performance. With net dimensions of 720 mm x 201 mm x 130 mm (stepped), it offers a generous external charge air volume of 15.4 liters compared to the conventional 5.5 liters (OEM). Thanks to the newly developed performance high performance mesh (bar and plate), sufficient airflow is maintained for adjacent components such as the water cooler, while the intercooler itself remains light and compact. With a total weight of just 11.9 kg, it is a real lightweight. The cast aluminium end boxes were created using the CAD process and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures even filling of the competition high-performance network. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, which makes it necessary to reinforce the silicone hoses. Overall, our intercooler offers a significantly lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling with an impressive increase in performance. Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out thanks to our detailed installation instructions.
